BookEndz Docking Station compatible with all 17" Unibody Apple MacBook
Pro's laptop released since January 2009. The Docking Station replicates all the
connectors and ports from the left side of the 17" Apple MacBook Pro and routes
the connectors to the back of the Docking Station. The ports included on the
Docking Station are FireWire 800, Gigabit Ethernet, USB powered hub which allows
for 5 USB 2.0 ports, Audio In, Microphone In, Headphone out, and MiniDisplay
port for your external monitor. You must use your MagSafe Power supply to power
up you MacBook Pro, the dock does not supply power to the laptop. An AC/DC power
adapter (5 Volts)will be included with your purchase for the USB hub. Please use
the BookEndz Power Supply ONLY, no other power supply will work with the docking
station!Taking the computer from the office or home or moving it from one room
to another doesn't require diconnecting and reconnection several devices.
